Will my mask arrive before Halloween?

Each product page shows the current estimated delivery window for your order. If your estimated delivery date falls before Halloween, your order is expected to arrive in time. Every shipment includes tracking, but seasonal demand can increase quickly, so we strongly recommend ordering early.

Will it fit me, and is it comfortable to wear?

Yes. It's made from a soft, flexible FX material that gently adapts to most adult head shapes for a close, second-skin fit. None of the stiff plastic you get from a costume shop. You can see clearly, breathe easily, and it stays comfortable all day or night.

What if I don't like it?

You're fully covered. Not happy? Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No stress, no risk.

What size are the costumes?

Most of our costumes follow standard US sizing and fit true to size, so we recommend choosing your usual size. If you’re between two sizes, choose the larger size for the most comfortable fit.

Does the mouth actually move when I talk?

Yes. The mask moves with your face, so when you talk or open your mouth, it follows. That's what makes it look alive instead of a frozen plastic shell. It reacts with you all night.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active. You can track your shipment through the Track My Order page on our website or directly on the 17TRACK website.

How do I return it?
