Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products with a simple, no-questions-asked promise. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return for a full refund of the product purchase price.
All physical products, including masks, prosthetics, costumes, and accessories, remain eligible for return even if they have been opened, tried on, or worn. Original packaging is preferred but is not required.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact us at contact@thebarlowstudio.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. We will reply with the correct return address and simple return instructions.
Please do not send products to the business address listed on our website unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so. This address is not necessarily our return facility.
Items sent back without first requesting return instructions may be delayed, sent to the wrong location, or may not be processed.
If you reside outside the United States, please note that return shipping may take longer depending on your location and the shipping service used.
Return Conditions
All physical products, including opened, tried-on, or worn masks, prosthetics, costumes, and accessories, are eligible for return under our 30-day money-back guarantee.
To help us identify and process your return, please return all components included with the product whenever possible.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns under our 30-day money-back guarantee, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as an item arriving defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, Barlow Studios LLC will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate resolution.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable for standard returns, except where required by law or where the item was defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us at contact@thebarlowstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. After reviewing the claim, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product or size is to request a return of your original item and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after delivery, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.
Our general 30-day money-back guarantee may provide additional time beyond this statutory 14-day period. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process a full refund of the eligible product purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
