Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum, no code needed — it's applied automatically at checkout.

Order processing time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. During peak periods — especially our Halloween season (September–October) — processing may take a little longer; any delay will be noted at checkout or on the product page.

Shipping destinations
We ship to the United States and to select international destinations. Available options are displayed at checkout based on your address.

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

Standard shipping within the United States is free. International shipping, where available, is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We cannot predict these charges; please check with your local customs office if you have questions.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@thebarlowstudio.com and we'll work with the carrier to make it right, including a replacement or refund where appropriate. For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

What makes Barlow Studio masks different?

Our masks are created with a focus on strong character sculpting, close-up detail, and a complete wearable transformation. Each piece is individually hand-finished by experienced FX artists, so subtle variations in paint and finish are part of what makes every mask unique.
Does the mouth really move?

Yes. On masks featuring our moving-mouth design, the mouth moves as you talk for a more lifelike effect. This feature is available on selected styles and will be clearly stated on the product page. Exact movement may vary depending on face shape and fit.
Will the mask fit my face?

Our Soft FX masks are made from flexible, face-contouring material that adapts naturally to most adult face shapes, creating a close and realistic second-skin effect.
Are your masks released in limited quantities?

Yes. Barlow Studio produces small seasonal batches, and restocks are not guaranteed. When a limited run sells out, that design may not return during the same season.
What is your return policy?

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us at contact@thebarlowstudio.com within 30 days of delivery and we will help arrange your return and refund.
Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking link will be sent as soon as your order ships. Please allow a short period for the carrier to scan the package and display the first tracking update.
How do I choose my costume size?

Choose your usual US clothing size. If you are between two sizes or prefer a roomier fit, we recommend selecting the larger size.
Is US shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on all US orders.
